RemoteSky: Explore the Heavens from Tucson

Can't make it to the mountaintop? Our new RemoteSky program brings the universe to you! Join us at our Tucson located Science Shop for a virtual tour of the Mt. Lemmon SkyCenter, a presentation on our stunning astrophotography, and a chance to control our telescopes remotely (weather permitting). This immersive 90-minute experience is perfect for all ages and curiosity levels.

Astronomer Nights: Your Night to Command the Cosmos

Ever dreamt of being an astronomer? For an entire night the observatory is yours to command. Our Astronomer Nights program gives you exclusive, after-hours access to our Schulman 32" Telescope, the largest dedicated public telescope in the Southwest. Observe through the eyepiece, capture stunning astrophotos, or work alongside our astronomers to learn the ropes of observational astronomy. Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or have an unsatiable curiosity for the stars, on Astronomer Nights the sky is yours!
