The College of Science Steward Observatory Mount Lemmon SkyCenter is excited to announce the date for our 2024 Stars Over Sabino event on March 15-16.

The Mount Lemmon SkyCenter and the Santa Catalina Ranger District, Coronado National Forest, have developed a strong partnership since 2022. It is with great pride that we will be hosting our 3rd annual Stars Over Sabino community event together in the Sabino Canyon Recreation Area.

With solar-viewing by day, informative guest speaker-led scientific talks, and more than 15 telescopes at night helmed by the most knowledgeable astronomers we can wrangle up, Stars Over Sabino has become the preeminent event to kick off Springtime in the Sonoran desert!
